When the site is accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser type) in server log files to ensure delivery and security. Contact form (email delivery)
When you submit the contact form, your details (name, email, optionally company, selected package and your message) are delivered to us by email via our server. We use the service Resend Inc. (USA) for delivery; the transfer to the USA relies on Resend's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication). Your request is kept until it is resolved and a reasonable follow-up period has passed, then deleted.
Contact via WhatsApp
The website also offers WhatsApp links (and the form uses WhatsApp as a fallback if email delivery fails — the message is pre-filled and only sent by you). Sent messages are processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms; WhatsApp's privacy terms also apply, and transfers to the USA rely on Meta's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Use is voluntary; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. The conversation is kept until your request is resolved, then deleted.
Fonts
Fonts are served locally from this website's server (self-hosted). No connection is made to third-party servers such as Google Fonts.
